We stock a broad range of fine foods including; cheeses, meat products, ice-cream, fruit purees, sauces, fresh; mushrooms, herbs and eggs, dried goods incl; herbs and spices, flour, sugar, nuts, dried fruit/veg and other vegetables incl; roasted and frozen, tinned produce, pasta and various pastry casings, cooking; oils, wines and vinegars.
As more customers demand fresh local produce NSF are pleased to have established close working relationships with many local manufacturers. Buying local or regional food and drink encourages environmental sustainability, provides greater traceability especially with organic products and helps to reduce our environmental footprint. Perhaps some of the biggest successes have been in local cheeses with Wenselydale Creamery leaders in blended cheese and waxed truckles, Shepherds Purse Cheeses Ltd renown for blue cheeses and the multi award winning Swaledale Cheese Co. We also stock eggs, fresh herbs, fresh mushrooms, soup from The Yorkshire Provender, Areolives, non-allergy producers such as It’s Nut Free and The Gluten Free Kitchen, and the soft drinks ranges Glendale Ginger, Fentimans, Blue Keld, Harrogate Spa Water, Thorncroft.
